Power,
Balance,
Control of the breathing, and
Rhythm.

Individual Free Sparring

Individual Free Sparring

Each punch to the face or the body gives 1 point, each kick to the body gives 2 points, and to the face 3 points.

The winner is determined by the total points accounted by 4 judges. The contact is well controlled.
