Although the Organising Committee has booked a range of Hotels for the duration of the Championships, March is a popular and busy month for Wellington. If your Delegation and Supporters want to secure a Hotel Booking then please contact Travel@ITFNewZealand2011.com without delay. If you leave this too late you risk having to travel out of the city, pay a higher accommodation rate as well as a penalty fee and there will be no guarantee that an alternative accommodation will cater for the size of your group.

We have booked most Wellington hotels for 8 nights as weigh-in is 8th March:
Check-in - 6th March 2011
Check-out - 14th March 2011

The accommodation packages are based on Twin share room and include breakfast, dinner and ID card.

Every participant must book the Hotel through the Organising Committee. Participants who do not stay in one of our partner hotel will be required to pay an additional US$100 (per person) administration fee for the ID card (which allows entry into the stadium).

The 3 Superior Hotels can accommodate more than 100 people so large teams may wish to register interest now to avoid split of teams and supporters.

Some Moderate Hotels can take up to 70 people.

The Budget Hotel is an option for those countries who have limited funding.

The current exchange rate to USD is 0.67 and to Euro is 0.55 so in USD and 8 night stay in a Moderate Hotel is about USD$850 and in Euro is about €700.
